Organisation
My parents built the house during my youth. So I had the opportunity to spend a part of my childhood there during my holidays. I have enjoyed them. The Chalet was named after the name of my younger siblings and named me: Moritz, Laura and VIncenz. By day we have been skiing or hiking, In the evening we then reheated before eating in the sauna or helped paperweight when grilling. From time to time we are then we went to Sion. I thought that was so great, as one can imagine, as if you were somewhere in France. Especially on Fridays, the market day in Sion, when we ate mussels and crustaceans with delicious wines. Once we have given a few years ago, the Chalet in the rental, I help with the rental of Chalet Molavi .

Molavi we have built in the early millennium together with my parents. We have the house often used ourselves. Our kids have spent some time both in summer and in winter. Now they are grown up and we decided to let others share in our property. We wish you good times in Chalet Molavi.

Nendaz I have known for over 25 years. Also in the construction of chalets to today’s small gem we have witnessed and influenced. We love the people here in Nendaz. My love for food and cooking has significantly influenced the quality and variety of facilities of the house. My credo: Give the best, even your guests.

The house and grounds requires some activities. I try as much as possible to leave flowers of our region. There are here especially in summer so a large biodiversity. But it should look natural and maintained. So we are looking for compromise between the conservation of diverse flora and the presentence of the property.

Special emphasis I put on cleanliness in the kitchen, the oven and the grill. I am the heart and soul of the service team. The good old values. So there I enjoy here in the Wallis to cook delicious barbecue or the wonderful specialties of local butchers on the big grill, or in the evening to be comfortable with the cheese fondue or raclette together.
