Enjoy the Topchalet MOLAVI. Let your gaze wander from the terrace or from the large panoramic window in the living room over the Rhône valley to the Bernese Oberland, Crans Montana or down to Sion. Enjoy this unique view with your family or good friends over a glass of fine Valais wine and experience nature at its most beautiful. In winter, MOLAVI (1,500 metres above sea level) lies in the middle of the ski slope (Les Cleves), directly on the “Brigitte” run, in the middle of 410 km of pistes.

In summer, in lush alpine pastures between two hiking trails along the bisses. The bisses are small streams, some of which have been “meandering” along the slopes romantically for almost 100 km up to an altitude of 2,200 metres since the 15th century.

This beautiful, top chalet offers exactly the comfort that 8-10 people want: ski boot heating in winter, 5 individual bedrooms, 3 individual WCs and 3 shower rooms and a 50 m² cosy living/dining area under the wooden beamed roof (WLAN, IPAD with SONOS sound system, DVD, 42 SAT-HDTV) with a fantastic panoramic view of the sunny Rhône valley from 1500 m above sea level. There is underfloor heating and a 500 litre hot water tank. The kitchen is fully equipped with freezer, dishwasher and microwave. Bed linen and sauna and hand towels per guest complete the comfort. The outdoor sauna with window has an impressive view of the valley!

The chalet is accessible by car despite its location on the piste. In summer you will find 250 km of hiking trails that run along streams (bisses) in the mountains. Ideal mountain bike area. You can start directly from the house. In summer the sun shines from approx. 9.00 am to 8.30 pm.

I have known Nendaz for more than 30 years. We have also experienced and influenced the construction of the chalet through to today’s little gem. We love the people here in Nendaz. Our love of food and cooking has had a significant influence on the high-quality and complete furnishings of the house. The fact that we spend a lot of time there ourselves also contributes to the standard of the chalet. My credo: always try to give the best.

My parents built the house when I was a child. So I had the opportunity to spend part of my childhood holidays there. I enjoyed this very much. The chalet was named after my younger siblings and myself: MOritz, LAura and VIncenz. During the day we went skiing or hiking. In the evenings, we warmed up in the sauna before dinner or helped dad with the barbecue. From time to time we also went to Sion. I thought that was so great because you feel like you’re somewhere in the middle of France, especially on Fridays, the market day, with mussels and shellfish with wonderful wines. After renting out the chalet a few years ago, I now help with the rental of the MOLAVI chalet.
